I'm currently working on a novel and a handful of short stories. I am a mom of two and a recent transplant to New Jersey from Harlem.
Born in Dallas and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Danielle carries her roots throughout her work. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in English and Literature with a focus on Black contemporary narrative. She has a Masters in Fine Arts with a concentration in fiction from Bennington College. Danielle is also an award-winning creative director with a focus on health and wellness brands.
